…so…, all of that bad stuff going on in our hearts, the bad stuff that we find ourselves doing?….It’s wrong.

And the good that we want to do, but can’t seem to find the way to perform?…., It’s right.

So….Through Jesus Christ, and only through Jesus Christ, we can walk after the Spirit and at the same time not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.

In this place there is peace …not condemnation.

Not only is this possible, but this is the “normal” Christian life.

Amen… And may we, by His mercy and His grace, continue learning how to walk.

Yes, I have read it. Wonderful book. So much vital truth communicated in that little book. I actually had something of a ’salvation’ experience while reading the chapter on the blood of Christ, and also while reading about Christs substitutionary death and our inclusion in His death on the cross.

The last five or so years of my life were very much ‘cross-centric’, on the mental level, anyway. It has been only in the last few months that I have begun to see the meaning of, and life within the resurrection.

I whole heartedly recommend to anyone ‘Surprised by Hope’, N.T. Wrights book on the resurrection.

C.S. Lewis once said, “I read to know that I am not alone”.
I get it,…but I don’t think Lewis ever lived in church life.

I pray you apprehend more of the Grace of God in Jesus Christ…
More and more…
And more and more!!
